The Johnson County Transition Council (JCTC) was formed in April of 1991 to enhance community adjustments of young people with disabilities as they move from school to post school activites and adult community living.

We are committed to promoting and enhancing services and supports for persons with disabilities in Johnson Couty as they transition from school to the community.

100% of services needed by persons with disabilites will be availble and accessible.
Each person with disabilities will indicate satisfaction with their present pursuit of individual quality of life choices.
